Job Description

The role of the Maintenance Coordinator is to manage the inbox to schedule and coordinate 3-month maintenance checks for clients post-handover while supporting the wider maintenance team.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the Maintenance inbox
  • Liaising with clients and allocating tasks to the Maintenance team and Suppliers/Trades for inspections, maintenance service dates, and general maintenance requirements
