Early Childhood Educator - Leadership Role

Beverly Hills Montessori is seeking an exceptional educator to lead our team in delivering high-quality education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

This leadership role requires a Diploma trained educator who can create a contemporary, creative and dynamic learning environment.

The successful candidate will develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Lead a team of educators in creating a unique learning experience for children.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
  • Support the documentation of children's learning through online portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with ACECQA regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.
  • Current Child Protection certification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Interest in learning more about Montessori and willingness to undergo training.
Desirable Skills and Qualities:
  • Well-developed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Experience in supporting curriculum development and documenting children's learning.
  • Ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous learning.
