We are seeking a Flexible Sales Associate to join our team at our new factory outlet in Mandurah, Perth. This is a casual role requiring the ability to work on both weekdays and weekend days.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Being aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, and taking ownership over them to meet or exceed them.
  • Executing the brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours require availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
