About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the service model, and developing operational systems for effective management and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage operational systems for a health or community services organisation
  • Implement and maintain the headspace centre service model
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
  • Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline
  • Experience in managing and developing operational systems
  • Proven track record in building effective working relationships
