We are seeking a Senior Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at Indie Campers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to shape the future of road trips.

As a Senior Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing regional processes, managing local depots, and leading local teams. You will focus on the availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • You will own end-to-end processes, from real estate expansion to fleet management and procurement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adapting and contributing to local operational procedures.
  • Maximizing operational efficiency and fleet availability.
  • Guaranteeing proper stock management and inventory control.
  • Coordinating with local partners and suppliers to meet quality and throughput standards.
  • Contributing to the expansion of the business through fleet network development and partnerships.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Controlling vehicle operating costs and inventory efficiency.
  • Supporting regional growth and expansion projects.

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mechanical Education, Business Management, or a similar field.
  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, procurement, supplier management, or a related field.
  • Action-Oriented: Ability to take initiative and address operational needs.
  • Organized & Analytical: Strong ability to analyze data and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed procedures closely.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the willingness to work closely with team members.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Ability to adjust plans to meet evolving demands.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Italian or German is highly desirable.
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
