Your New Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Associate to join our dynamic team in our Mackay Branch. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Receive and check off arrival of inventory from branches, overseas suppliers, air freight forwarders, and local suppliers, including computer operation.
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Pick and pack orders for dispatch, using the appropriate computer operating system.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stocktakes: Participate in stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as designated by the Customer Service Manager.

About You

  • Qualifications: Currently hold forklift and driver's licenses.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to write clearly and legibly.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of safe work practices, ability to accurately complete basic mathematical sums, understanding of basic parts warehousing principles, and ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work unsupervised.
