Principal Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive student outcomes and provide strategic leadership across our school community. As a Principal, you will be responsible for driving a shared vision, providing ethical leadership, and embedding inclusive practices.

  • Develop and implement a shared vision that achieves strong student outcomes.
  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to staff members.
  • Embed inclusive, socially just practices in all aspects of the school's operations.
  • Set and maintain high standards for students and staff.
  • Build partnerships with parents, agencies, and the community to support student growth.
  • Lead professional growth and oversee school operations to ensure seamless delivery of education services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive student achievement through effective instructional strategies and resources.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop highly qualified staff members who are committed to delivering excellent education services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Engage parents and the community to promote student success and well-being.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
