System Administrator Role Overview

This position is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of the OneStream platform.

  • Key responsibilities include administering, configuring, and maintaining the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
Responsibilities
  1. Administer and configure the OneStream application to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
  3. Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
  4. Monitor system performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
  6. Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes with hands-on experience in EPM administration.
  • Exposure to planning modules within EPM software would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with experience in EPM software such as OneStream or HFM are preferred.
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, and financial systems.
  • Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting desirable.
