About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solid Plasterer to join our team at 11 Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install plaster wall partitions, ceilings, and smooth surfaces or fixtures on buildings.
  • Apply insulating, fireproofing, and acoustic materials, and finish by binding them with plaster materials.
  • Measure and cut plasterboards for pre-installations.
  • Apply fillings, varnishes, stains, and vinyl to walls and structures.
  • Select and prepare adhesive mixtures.
  • Lift and position panels and secure them to walls and ceilings.
  • Prepare corner fittings, including measuring and cutting.
  • Apply coatings of plaster and cement to exterior and interior structures.
  • Complete other duties according to blueprints, architect's drawings, or oral instructions, using hand tools and portable power tools.
  • Install fireproofing materials, such as plaster, plastic cement, and others.
  • Mix and apply plaster coats and render structure fittings, using plastering devices, such as trowels, and patch plaster breaks and cracks.
  • Comply with OH&S guidelines.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Construction Induction Training Card (White Card)
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork abilities

Salary: Between $70,000 to $90,000 plus super, depending on experience.
