We are seeking a dynamic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Rockingham store team.

About the Role

This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, building relationships with regular customers, and providing fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

As an ambassador of our brand, you will model Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that every day is a brighter day as a team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels, connecting with customers to drive sales results, and supporting in-store visual merchandising.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for success.

You will be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven, with a desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations.

Previous experience in retail (preferably fashion) is an advantage.
