**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Controls & Monitoring Manager within our Governance and Reporting team. This position will provide critical support for all aspects of operational risk management, including risk reporting, monitoring compliance with risk frameworks, and analysis of risk data to inform business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to ensuring business operations and risk management practices align with organizational frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong risk culture and awareness in daily business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Support CTB risk governance, including coordinating and preparing risk papers for the CTB Risk Committee.
  • Analyze risk data to inform reports, identifying systemic issues and control gaps or actionable insights.
  • Prepare, monitor, and report metrics across the LOB, including the Risk Appetite Dashboard and Key Risk Indicators.
