Commercial Property Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in commercial property law and possess strong technical skills in managing complex property transactions.

  • Managing residential and commercial sales and purchases, often involving high-value transactions
  • Advising on contracts of sale, caveats, and related matters
  • Negotiating contracts and handling complex files
  • Exposure to leasing, and business sales & purchases (optional)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage complex commercial property matters end-to-end
  2. Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on case strategy

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4+ years of post-admission experience in commercial property law
  • Strong technical skills in running property matters end-to-end
  • Confidence supervising junior team members
  • A collaborative, client-focused mindset
