Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Allstaff Resources. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell Workshop Hours: Sell workshop hours to incoming and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Phone Enquiries: Promptly answer and return phone enquiries professionally, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Repair Orders: Raise repair orders and ensure accurate and complete information is gathered for ordering parts, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Invoice Management: Accurately cost and quote invoices for both general maintenance and complex repairs, including confirming methods of payment.
- Customer Support: Assist in the pick-up and delivery of customer's vehicles when required, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service and general sales, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Administrative Skills: Basic experience in general administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, as part of a team, to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and hold a current driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- 38-Hour Working Week: A 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
- Ongoing Employment: Ongoing employment with the potential for permanency, subject to performance and business needs.
- Safe and Equipped Work Environment: A safe and fully equipped workshop environment, with modern equipment and tools.
