Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Casual Sales Assistant in our retail team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring an inspiring in-store experience for our customers and community members.

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
  • Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
  • Following Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
  • Demonstrating core values in all work-related activities.

Previous experience in retail sales is not essential, but what is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.

You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual who brings your proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service to the role.

Importantly, as someone known for your integrity, you will also be comfortable aligning to our mission and values to positively support and impact the lives of others through your career contribution.

To be successful in this role, you will have flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.

You will be an outstanding written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills and solid technical skills.
