Store Operations Coordinator

The Store Operations role encompasses a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring seamless back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, to guarantee the accuracy of products received.
  • Supporting sales teams with prompt retrieval of stock, encompassing Omnichannel and stock pullback initiatives.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized back-of-house area in accordance with Retail Standards.
  • Conducting thorough quality control checks on all products at all times and reporting any issues to store management.
  • Providing excellent customer service by supporting aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization.
  • Ensuring all stockroom equipment is fully operational and performing regular maintenance checks.
  • Undertaking various administrative tasks, such as responding to customer inquiries and ordering necessary supplies.

Key qualifications for success in this role include exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and intermediate computer proficiency in core Microsoft software. Previous experience with SAP is also beneficial. A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
