About the Job


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hotel team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements



  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
