Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message across various channels.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers variety, flexibility, and ownership with a talented team passionate about innovation, creativity, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Create visually appealing marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media assets, and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain consistency across all design assets in alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, internal stakeholders, and the wider design team to ensure timely and aligned creative solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in an in-house environment.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and attention to detail across both print and digital formats.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in Figma for digital and UI design.
