About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Expert to lead design and implementation of robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

This role plays a key part in strengthening our organization's cybersecurity posture by ensuring secure management of privileged accounts and access controls.

  • Privileged Access Design: Architect and design end-to-end PAM solutions based on enterprise security requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering teams across multiple deployments.
  • Integration: Oversee integration of PAM with enterprise systems such as LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, Windows/Unix servers, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct PAM assessments, gap analysis, and define strategic roadmaps for deployment and expansion.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with InfoSec, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as a top-level SME for complex issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and problems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3+ years specifically in PAM architecture and engineering.

Proven experience with PAM, including designing and implementing large-scale deployments.

Expertise in security best practices, privileged account management, and threat mitigation.

Strong understanding of authentication protocols and integration with IAM solutions.

Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.

Experience with cloud IAM and securing privileged access in hybrid environments.

Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit requirements.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Military Clearance is a plus.
