Key Accountabilities

  • Develop high-quality software across the full stack (end to end) according to requirements and development standards
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement features and solutions
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the support and customer success team in diagnosing and resolving software issues
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in areas of expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies through ongoing professional development
  • Participate actively in agile development ceremonies
  • Deliver high-quality code with supporting technical documentation

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of web development languages such as Ruby and Typescript
  • Experience with MVC development frameworks like Rails
  • Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and Javascript
  • Knowledge of frontend web frameworks like React
  • Understanding of software version control with git
  • Experience with programming principles like OOP and unit testing
  • Proficiency with RDBMS like Postgres
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Experience working with web development frameworks or SaaS applications
  • Experience working in a team using tools like GitHub and JIRA
