We are excited to offer a Keyholder position at Yours Clothing, a leading retailer of plus-size fashion. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the store in the absence of management
• Ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly
• Supporting the Store/Deputy Manager and reporting on any issues
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service
• Operate the till and handle financial transactions
• Replenish stock and undertake housekeeping duties
