About the Role

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Logistics and Administration Coordinator to join our client's team in Darwin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and administration. This is a Monday to Friday role with flexible working hours on offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Booking deliveries, liaising with drivers, accurately completing consignments and assisting with quotes.
  • Administration Data Entry, Consignments, document control and general administrative duties.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Confident answering and speaking on the phone.
  • Experience with Transfocus beneficial.
  • Strong Communication skills.
