Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management or customer service.
  • Commercial acumen shown in your ability to drive sales and costs figures.
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and operations.
  • Demonstrable drive to succeed by continuously seeking best practice in store management and the customer service experience.
  • Creative flare shown in your innovative retail strategies through to your visual merchandising style.
  • Attention to detail in any task undertaken.
  • An ability to rise to the dynamic fast pace of retail through effective organisation and time planning.
