Automotive Industry Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader in the automotive industry to excel at prioritizing, managing and motivating production teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing team and workflow through production, ensuring quality repairs are completed on time, coaching and developing team members to improve capability and productivity, verifying repair accuracy at each stage and completing final sign-off of QA.

This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise and business acumen to ensure the efficient functioning of the repair centre and deliver high-quality services within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize team and workflow through production.
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed on time.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity.
  • Verify repair accuracy at each stage and complete final sign-off of QA.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity (minimum 2 years).
  • Qualification in panel beating or spray painting (highly desirable).
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
  • A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
  • A commitment to quality and customer experience.
  • The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
