Introduction to the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our Kalgoorlie Advertising Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with clients to promote and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring the success, growth, and profitability of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs to create targeted advertising strategies
  • Identify new opportunities to grow business revenue through interactions with existing clients and the pursuit of new business within the specified market
  • Create high-quality advertising sales proposals and strategies
  • Present information and proposals confidently and effectively to clients
  • Provide after-sales services to ensure clients' expectations are met
  • Contribute to the development of advertising strategies and identify, assess, and manage business and revenue risks as they arise

Requirements



  • Customer service or sales experience in industries such as retail and hospitality
  • A genuine desire to work closely with clients and ensure they achieve optimal returns on their investments with our company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • A current driver's license
