The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team at Silverwater. As a Paint Prepper, you'll be responsible for preparing, priming, buffing, and denibbing vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and degreasing surfaces
- Mix and apply primers and coatings to achieve a smooth finish
- Use specialized equipment to buff and denib surfaces
- Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a prepping or painting role
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
