We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Property and Procurement department. Reporting directly to the Head of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, and end-to-end delivery of architectural, interior, and fitout projects across the RACV physical asset portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on design and documentation
  • An understanding of compliance standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

**What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Technical knowledge and background in interior design, architecture, and construction, with experience in project management
  • VBA registration as a building designer and/or architect
  • A current Victorian Driver's license
  • Construction Card (Yellow Card)
  • Relevant trade, retail, and hospitality experience
