Job Title: Fuel Station Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our fuel station team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing high-quality food and maintaining presentation standards, and maintaining sales and upselling targets for promotional stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through every interaction, ensuring that customers receive a warm and welcoming service.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food and maintain presentation standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Sales Targets: Maintain sales and upselling targets for promotional stock, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare coffee (barista experience preferred), creating a high-quality beverage experience for customers.
  • Store Cleanliness: Ensure store cleanliness by undertaking general cleaning tasks, stock unpacking, and rotation, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Fuel Product Handling: Handle fuel products safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifts and schedules, and contributing to a positive team culture.
