About the Role

You'll join our technical division as a Graduate Electrical Engineer, playing a key role in design, feasibility, optimization, estimating, and project engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load profiling
  • System design
  • Performance modelling
  • Supporting bids and proposals

This involves collaboration with project managers, estimators, and site teams to deliver real projects while gaining client-facing experience.

Training & Development
  • Structured on-the-job training and mentoring from senior engineers, project managers, and business leaders
  • Exposure to:
  • Design & Engineering - conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for solar and BESS systems
  • Feasibility & Load Profiling - analyzing client energy consumption and engineered solutions
  • Performance & Modelling - using tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope
  • Estimating & Bids - translating designs into costs, proposals, and technical submissions
  • Delivery Support - assisting project teams with technical queries during construction
