About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mainframe IMS professional to guide clients on best practices for deploying, configuring and managing IMS databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM zOS IMS with at least 10 years of experience as a Mainframe zOS IMS DBA.

Key skills required include knowledge of IMS Utilities, JCL, performing Database Reorganisation tasks and deep understanding of IMS frameworks and industry best practices.

In addition, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified in Computer Science or similar
  • Australian Citizen with current Baseline security clearance level (NV1 preferred)
  • At least 5+ year's relevant local working experience
