About the PositionWe are seeking 2-3 registered or clinical psychologists to join our dynamic and supportive practice based near Wollongong. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running in a growing practice with a strong commitment to clinician wellbeing.
About the Role- Caseload ready to go: Immediate client demand and a steady flow of referrals, primarily through established professional networks and increasing website traffic.
- Flexible work arrangements: Tailored to suit your availability, whether part-time or full-time.
- Diverse client base: Adults and adolescents presenting with general mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression.
- 70/30 fee split (12-month contract)
- Full administrative, marketing, and operational support
- Freedom to determine your caseload
- $1,000 self-marketing allowance
- Mental health program to support clinicians' wellbeing
- Access to profit-sharing - 25% of net profits shared equally across practitioners
- Registered or Clinical Psychologists with AHPRA registration
- Clinicians comfortable working with adolescents and adults
- A willingness to take on a general caseload and explore areas of passion
