Graduate Development Opportunity

The Australian Public Service (APS) Graduate Development Learning Program offers a comprehensive 10-month structured learning program, designed for graduates across the APS. This program involves real-time interactions, webinars, events and learning experiences, completing learning sprint work and group activities.

As a participant in this graduate development opportunity, you will engage in projects that drive change within your organization and gain exposure to senior leaders and collaboration with teams working across Australia on impactful issues.

  • Competitive salary package commencing on APS level 4 ($82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation)
