Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is available for a Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of the team, you will build strong relationships with clients and landlords, ensuring that business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Daily Tenant Matters: Manage daily tenant matters, respond to incoming requests, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Lease Administration: Implement and maintain orderly lease administration procedures, including financial management and reporting.
  • Financial Management: Control the collection and reconciliation of monies, including rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs.
  • Budget Development: Liaise with managers to co-ordinate operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Tenant Communication: Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration and policies/procedures relating to occupancy issues.
  • Audit Processes: Manage all internal and external audit processes.
