Job Description:As a mortgage broker, you will be responsible for providing customers with tailored lending solutions using our cutting-edge technology platform. Your role will involve working remotely as an Aussie mobile broker, supporting customers in a flexible and convenient way. You will field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates and provide them with lending options that meet their needs.
You will also liaise with our centralised Client Solutions team who will take care of loan processing and most of the home loan admin on your behalf. This will enable you to focus on what you do best - interacting directly with customers and generating income.
In addition, you will have access to regular professional and social networking opportunities with our 1300-strong broker network, which will help you build strong relationships and expand your business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with lending solutions using our tech platform.
- Fielding pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our sales associates.
- Liaising with our centralised Client Solutions team for loan processing and admin support.
- Building referral networks for your business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (we can connect you with a provider if you don't have one).
- At least 12 month's experience in mortgage broking, home lending, or banking.
- A strong desire to help Australian's achieve their home ownership dreams.
- The drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage broking business.
