Job Title: Building Supervisor

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Supervisor. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage trades
  • Communicate and negotiate with trades to track progress
  • Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies
  • Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
  • Resolve disputes and issues as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Construction qualification or relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
