Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to customers in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers to stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centered care.

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
