This position involves conducting non-destructive testing and inspection services across various technical facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure the quality and integrity of equipment and structures.
- Liaise with clients to provide timely and accurate reports on inspection findings.
- Supervise and train assistants and trainees in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- MT Level 2 certification is required for this role.
- PT, UT, and RT Level 2 certifications are also necessary.
- Additional skills include ECT, PAUT, TOFD, welding inspection, hydro testing, rope access, AICIP/NACE, and UAV piloting.
A minimum of three years' experience in NDT is required for this position. Local applicants or those willing to relocate to Darwin are encouraged to apply. Site hours apply with opportunities for overtime and occasional work away from base.
