Software Tester Specialist

Milestone IT is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Tester Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and review quality test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of SAP Payroll solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and integrations to design effective test scenarios and scripts.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Test Analyst.
- Strong expertise in developing, executing, and reviewing test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
