Test Data Management Specialist

**Job Overview**
The role of Test Data Management Architect involves designing and leading initiatives to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated technology foundations across enterprise testing systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing a strong Quality Engineering domain knowledge and experience in Test Data management.
• Enhancing TDM capabilities with advanced test tooling pilots.
• Completing a TDM strategy and Tooling ecosystem approach for enterprise scale.
A good understanding of Test data management processes is also essential, including Synchronized Data Generation and Data Provisioning, Data Privatisation (Masking), Data Subsetting, Data Set Virtualization and refresh, Test Data Orchestration and automation, Test Data mining.
**Requirements**
For this position, we are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
• Proven ability to design and lead TDM architecture initiatives.
• Experience in domain- and feature-driven design approaches and taking an end-to-end outcome view of realization and sustainability of TDM outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and performance testing strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD development and DevOps practices in testing environments.
This role requires a deep understanding of Test Data management and the ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and integrated technology foundations.
