Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to join our team on a fixed-term 8 month parental leave contract. As a key member of our organization, you will provide leadership and support to Zeller's leaders, people managers, and employees to build and deliver HR programs and initiatives to completion.

No two days will be the same, and you'll be on the frontline collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver your HR strategy from recruitment and onboarding, to performance management and coaching, and more. You're effective at managing multiple projects at once, highly detail-oriented and organised, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment.

  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with Zeller's overall business strategy
  • Partner with business leaders and people managers on all day-to-day employee matters, consultation, coaching, performance, and development
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including role evaluation, talent pool growth and management, advertising, screening, and interview processes in conjunction with hiring managers
