Roseville Retirement Living, located in Doncaster East VIC, is seeking a registered nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a clinical team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position working 8:00 am - 12:30 pm weekdays, no weekends. You will be required to have current AHPRA Division 1 registration, CPR certificate, police check clearance, and COVID-19 vaccinations up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a clinical team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans.
  • Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders.
  • Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community.
