Critical Care Nurse Opportunities at Mater Misericordiae Ltd

Mater Misericordiae Ltd's Coronary Care & Cardio Thoracic Unit is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. We have multiple positions available for registered nurses of varying levels of experience, allowing them to upskill and transition into specialties.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including permanent part-time, casual, or fixed-term contracts, ensuring a balance between work and personal life.
The CCU/CTU is a 40-bed unit providing high-level care for acutely ill and chronic cardiovascular/cardiothoracic patients. The team strives for excellence in customer care and best practice, offering a wide range of cardiac services to the community.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality care to patients, considering their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will be willing to work with the current team to plan and deliver clinical excellence, participating in quality and safety activities.
About You- You must possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- PREFERRED experience in critical care nursing.
- Critical Care Certificate or working towards – desirable not essential.
- You should demonstrate the ability to plan and coordinate patient care and competency in clinical problem solving.
- You are available to work across all shifts.
- You should demonstrate competency in written and verbal communications and the ability to maintain accurate clinical and assessment data.
The estimated salary for this role is $41.47 - $53.30 per hour, plus superannuation.
