Job Opportunity:

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our specialist practice. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our physicians and visiting specialists.

The role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and scheduling appointments. You will be responsible for welcoming patients to the clinic, answering telephone enquiries, and generating patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register new patients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare for consulting clinics and distribute results
  • Liaise with internal and external health professionals
  • Manage electronic records and perform data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

We require a team player with previous clinical administration experience. A strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures is essential. If you have experience working with Zedmed software, it would be an advantage but not necessary.
