At Clough Group, we are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join our team delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals are fully compliant with company and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HSSE procedures and manuals
  • Conducting HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel
  • Ensuring safety equipment and PPE are readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements
  • Preparing agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to working on large-scale construction projects or mining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices
