Lead OSHC Director Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused leader to lead our passionate and dedicated team in the Metro South area, including Westbourne Park Primary School OSHC.

As a motivated leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive work atmosphere and delivering outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development. Our goal is to provide an exceptional level of care and education for children, ensuring our programs are of the highest quality and providing children with the best possible experiences.

The ideal candidate will inspire continuous learning and professional development among our educators, sharing information and knowledge on best practices, policy developments, and community changes.

This is a part-time opportunity, offering 30-35 hours per week (dependent on location and availability).

About the Role

The successful applicant will have experience as a strong leader who can maintain the highest quality of service, placing a strong emphasis on the social, emotional, and interpersonal development of children.

Requirements
  • ACECQA Qualification (Pre-Requisite)
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
  • Certificate of completion for 'Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care' Training
  • Food Handling
  • SMART Training
  • Strong leadership experience to staff, including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining the standards of service (Desirable)
