Job Title: Assistant Director

  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality practices that meet the needs of our children and families.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community through effective communication and outreach.
  • Oversee and maintain regulatory and safety standards within our centres.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience in leadership and regulatory compliance within the sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • A team-focused, positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
