Health Policy Professional Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled health policy professional to contribute to significant initiatives and make a meaningful impact on Australia's primary care system.

This role involves overseeing team activities, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling accreditation issues, preparing materials for executive review, managing agreements, and supporting policy development.

  • Support the Practice Support Section in day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with entities such as the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care and Primary Health Networks.
  • Prepare correspondence, briefs, and other materials for executive review.
  • Manage agreements between the Department and key stakeholders.
  • Work with partner areas across the department to ensure coherent program operations.
  • Support policy development and implementation under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, adaptable to various audiences, and possess sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
