Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will provide exceptional customer service, deliver high-quality treatments, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide various treatments to clients, including laser hair removal and dermal and skin treatments.
- Offer treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a gold-standard service experience.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
- Cert IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and meet KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with medical-grade devices, such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring, is highly regarded.
