Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Enhance and track performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, mitigating risk and protecting our reputation.
  • Investigate incidents of internal and external theft and fraud, holding perpetrators accountable.
  • Foster a culture of performance excellence among security team members.
  • Communicate organizational vision and values effectively, inspiring stakeholder engagement.
  • Achieve or surpass objectives aligned with our security service model.
  • Implement best practices in designated facilities, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on security matters to facility management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to develop and refine security services, processes, and initiatives.
  • Analyze data from multiple facilities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
