Job Details

This Regulatory Reporting Expert role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory reports to our superannuation fund and managed investment trust clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax and regulatory reporting, strong accounting and tax knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of tax, financial statements, and regulatory reports to superannuation fund and managed investment trust clients
  • Reconciliation of accounting to taxable income, review of procedures and controls, and driving process improvement
  • Provision of oversight and support to our offshore centres, effective communication with stakeholders and clients, and creative solutions to reduce errors and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in tax and regulatory reporting for superannuation funds or managed investment trusts
  • Strong accounting and tax knowledge, ability to respond to clients and their external auditor/advisor queries, and high level of continuous process improvement and system development capability
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes, exceptional analytical skills to review and challenge results, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CA/CPA or other relevant qualification
