The Role of a Direct Support Worker

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain once offered)
  • Smartphone with up-to-date capabilities
  • NDIS Orientation Module (it's free)

We are looking for individuals who possess warmth, energy, and reliability, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. If you're successful, we'll help you acquire any necessary certifications or training.
